What an engagement can include, and where each part sits.

Updated 17 October 2026

Scipioform sells one thing in three stages: a diagnostic, a pilot, then ongoing work. The diagnostic works out where your next demand should come from. The workstreams below are the parts of work that decision can call for. They are scoped in writing, run by a founder-led team, and reported with denominators, "X from Y", including the misses.

One path, seven parts

None of these is sold on its own. After the diagnostic, we tell you which ones your pilot needs and which it doesn't. Where your pilot's at-risk portion applies, "qualified" means whatever we agree in writing, for your business, before we start.

How the diagnostic, pilot and ongoing stages work

The workstreams

Sending setup and deliverability

Outreach that reaches inboxes, from infrastructure that protects your own domain.

Who it is for

Software and tech companies that have never sent cold email at volume, or whose messages already land in spam.

What you get
  • Separate secondary domains and mailboxes, set up in your own accounts
  • Authentication records, warm-up and sending limits, written down for your engagement
  • A weekly deliverability line in the report: sent, accepted, bounced, each as X from Y
What we need from you

Admin access to your domain registrar and DNS, and approval of the sending volumes we propose.

How it is measured

Messages accepted, X from Y sent. Bounces and spam-folder placement are reported the same way, including when they are bad.

How it is charged

Part of the pilot’s build portion. It is already one of the named deliverables in the pilot terms.

What it isn't

Not a promise that every message lands in the inbox. No sender can promise that, and we say so.

Why cold emails go to spam

Outbound and reply handling

The right people contacted with a real reason to talk, and every reply read and answered.

Who it is for

Software and tech companies that need new conversations and have no outbound function of their own.

What you get
  • A target list built and checked before anything is sent
  • Cold email and LinkedIn outreach written around a reason to talk, approved by you before it goes out
  • Every reply read and answered, including the ones that say no
  • Booking of the conversations that meet your written definition of qualified
What we need from you

Approval of lists and messages on time, agreement on the target list, and follow-up on the conversations we hand over.

How it is measured

Conversations that meet the written definition, X from Y contacted. This is the number the pilot’s threshold is set against.

How it is charged

The pilot, with an at-risk portion tied to the written threshold, then month to month.

What it isn't

Not meetings sold by the unit. We never bill per meeting booked.

Outbound lead generation, step by step

CRM and pipeline setup

A pipeline your team can actually run: every lead has an owner, a stage and a next step.

Who it is for

Software and tech companies whose leads live in inboxes and spreadsheets, or whose CRM is set up but not trusted.

What you get
  • HubSpot or GoHighLevel configured around your sales process: pipeline stages, required fields, lead routing
  • Workflows for follow-up tasks and alerts, so replies handed over do not sit
  • Reporting that shows the pipeline with denominators
  • Handover and training for the people who will use it, and an inventory of what was built
What we need from you

Admin access to the CRM you use or the one we agree to set up, a description of how your sales process runs today, and one named owner on your side.

How it is measured

Leads assigned an owner within the agreed time, X from Y. Deals with every required field filled, X from Y.

How it is charged

Inside the pilot’s build portion when it supports a pilot, or in the monthly Ongoing fee. The at-risk portion is not attached to it: that stays tied to the pilot’s conversation threshold.

What it isn't

Not a CRM licence reseller and not a data migration project. If your main need is a large migration, the diagnostic will say so.

Nurture and reactivation

The people who did not buy the first time are not forgotten: sequences that keep the conversation going.

Who it is for

Software and tech companies with an existing list, past enquiries, lapsed trials or old opportunities, and no one following them up.

What you get
  • Email sequences, and SMS where the contact has given recorded consent, written around where each contact is
  • Lead scoring rules you can read and change
  • A reactivation run to past enquiries and lapsed contacts
  • Replies routed to a person, not to a no-reply address
What we need from you

The contact list with the source and consent status of each segment, access to the CRM or email platform, and approval of every sequence before it runs.

How it is measured

Contacts who replied or booked, X from Y enrolled, by sequence.

How it is charged

Reactivation can run inside a pilot. Continuous nurture is part of the monthly Ongoing fee, month to month.

What it isn't

Not bulk mailing to purchased lists, and not SMS to anyone who has not agreed to receive it.

Workflow automation

The tools you already pay for connected, so the handoffs stop depending on someone remembering.

Who it is for

Software and tech companies with a CRM, an inbox and a calendar that do not talk to each other.

What you get
  • Workflows built in Make, Zapier or n8n, in your own accounts
  • AI used for drafting and sorting where it helps, with a person approving anything sent in your name
  • A written list of every automation: what triggers it, what it does, who is told when it fails
What we need from you

Access to the tools being connected, and a person on your side who can say what the correct behaviour is.

How it is measured

Runs completed without a manual fix, X from Y runs. Failures are listed, not hidden.

How it is charged

Inside the pilot’s build portion when it supports a pilot, or in the monthly Ongoing fee.

What it isn't

Not custom software. We do not build software; when you need something built, we introduce a partner and tell you we are paid for it.

Need something built?

Partner, investor and event outreach

The partners, investors and events your company needs next, reached with a reason to take the meeting.

Who it is for

Software and tech companies whose next conversation is not with a buyer: a channel partner, an investor, a room worth being in.

What you get
  • A written view at the diagnostic of which kind of demand to go after first
  • Target lists of partners, investors or events, and outreach approved by you
  • Replies handled and conversations handed to you with the context
What we need from you

A clear description of what you are offering and to whom, and a person on your side who takes the conversations.

How it is measured

First conversations, X from Y approached.

How it is charged

The pilot, on the same terms as any other: a build portion and an at-risk portion tied to a threshold written down with you.

What it isn't

Not a fundraising guarantee. We open conversations; we do not promise what comes of them.

Who does the work

A founder-led team does it. Each workstream has a named specialist who does the work, and Nouman, the founder, is accountable for the engagement as a whole and is the person you can always reach. Your proposal names the people responsible before you sign. We don't publish how many people are on the team, because the number tells you nothing about who will be on yours.

What we can show, and what we can't

Our team has hands-on experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel, with email and SMS sequences, with Make, Zapier and n8n, and with Meta and Google campaigns. The named engagements, Inotexel, iqprompt and Gluck, are on the Work page, with exactly what we did for each.

We have no client results to publish for these workstreams. The clients hold the numbers, and we don't publish figures we can't source. What you can read today is the reporting itself, in the sample report.

The work, field by field

Start with the diagnostic

Tell us what you have and what is missing, and the diagnostic puts the parts in order: which to build first, which to leave alone, and what each would need from you.

Questions

Can I buy just the CRM setup, or just the nurture sequences?

Not as a menu item. These are parts of one engagement, and the diagnostic names which of them your pilot needs. If the only thing wrong is something one of these fixes, the diagnostic says so, and if another firm would serve you better, it says that too.

Who does the work on each workstream?

A named specialist for each workstream, with Nouman, the founder, accountable for the engagement as a whole. Your proposal names the people responsible for the agreed work before you sign.

Is part of the fee at risk on all of these?

No. The at-risk portion is tied to one thing: the number of qualified conversations the pilot should produce, defined with you in writing. The other workstreams are scoped, delivered and reported, with denominators, but they do not carry their own at-risk fee.

Where is the proof for these?

Our team has hands-on experience with all of them, and the named engagements are on the Work page. We have no client results to publish for these workstreams, and we do not publish figures we cannot source. What we can show today is the shape of the reporting, in the sample report.
