About
A letter from the founder
I started Scipioform because I believe most outbound fails before the first email is sent: before anyone has worked out who the company should be talking to. So that's where we start. Then we do the talking.
What I have is an idea and some work, not a long history. This letter tells you exactly how much of each, and what I'm offering you instead of years.
Here's the work. Inotexel, an AI software studio, needed customers for its own development services, and we ran its lead generation. iqprompt, an AI product company, needed investors, partners, events and a brand, and we handled its investor relations, strategic partnerships, event handling and branding. Gluck, an ecommerce store, needed paid acquisition, and we ran Meta paid-social campaigns to drive sales.
The same founder-led team, three structurally different problems. I can tell you exactly what we did for each, and the Work page does.
Here's what I'm not claiming. No years in business: we're new. No published numbers: the data from those three engagements belongs to the clients, and they haven't shared it with us. I don't publish what I can't show you the source for.
Here's how the firm is run. A founder-led team does the demand work, and I'm directly reachable: my email is at the end of this letter. We don't build software. When a client needs something built, we introduce a partner software house, say in writing that we're paid for the introduction, and stay out of the build contract. The rules for that are published in our terms.
Scipioform is based in Pakistan. We work US hours for US software companies, and I'd rather you knew that before we talk.
Whatever we build for you, from lists to messaging to sending infrastructure, is yours from day one.
Here's what I'm promising instead of a history. Every engagement now starts with a baseline we both hold. I'll put part of our fee on the line before asking you to take a risk on us: if a pilot doesn't produce the number of qualified conversations we define together in writing, you get the at-risk portion back. Every result we report comes with its denominator, including the misses. And how we price is published, so you know how a fee is built before we talk.
