We've published a complete teardown of a piece of outreach, written the way yours would come back: the original, what's wrong with it and why, a revision, and the one thing the revision is actually testing. The company in it is invented, so we could publish the whole thing rather than an excerpt.
What we do with it
It goes to Nouman's inbox and nowhere else. It stays private unless you say otherwise. If you tick the box in the form, we may publish an anonymised version as an example of the work; anything identifying you or your company is removed first. We never publish it without that permission.
