What this page covers

Scipioform collects a small amount of information through three forms on this site: the booking scheduler on /start, the outreach teardown form on /teardown, and the introduction request form on /build. This page describes what's collected through each, why, how long it's kept, who else sees it, and how to ask about or remove it. It also explains our own site measurement and optional Google Analytics.

1 What we collect, per form

Booking (/start): your name, email address, and — only if you choose to fill it in — one optional sentence about what you're hoping we'll help with. This is handled by our scheduling provider; see "Who else processes it" below.

Outreach teardown (/teardown): the outreach text you paste in, your work email, your company's website, and anything else you choose to add in the optional field. If you tick the box giving permission to publish an anonymized version, we also keep a record of that permission.

Build introduction request (/build): a description of what you need built, your work email, and your company name.

We use optional Google Analytics cookies only if you allow them; see the details below. We do not enable Google's advertising features. We don't sell or rent any of this information to anyone, under any circumstance.

2 Why we collect it, and how long we keep it

We collect only what's needed to respond to what you've asked for: to schedule a call, to send back a written teardown, or to make an introduction to a partner software house. We keep form submissions for as long as there's an active or recent conversation with you, and delete them within 24 months of the last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or unless a signed engagement requires us to keep records longer (in which case that's covered by the engagement's own terms, not this page).

3 Who else processes it

  • Scheduling tool (for /start): a third-party booking provider handles the calendar and confirmation emails. That provider is Google, through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The scheduler is not embedded on this site; you reach Google's booking page only when you choose "Choose a time". Optional Google Analytics is described separately below.
  • Email and form delivery: submissions are delivered to Scipioform's own email account. We don't route form data through a marketing or CRM platform beyond what's needed to read and reply to it.
  • Fonts: this site's typefaces are self-hosted, specifically so that visiting this site doesn't send your IP address to Google Fonts or any other third party. No font provider sees your visit.
  • Hosting and site measurement: this site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles each page request and passes form submissions on to our email. We count visits and clicks on this site ourselves, without cookies. The count uses a code derived from your IP address and browser that changes every day, so visits on different days can't be linked, and your IP address itself isn't stored. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is counted.
  • Optional Google Analytics: if you choose “Allow analytics,” we load Google's analytics script to measure use of the site. Google receives page and browser/device information and processes your network request, including your IP address. Analytics cookies give your browser an identifier that can link visits. Our tag uses a cookie lifetime of 180 days, strips query strings and fragments from the page address it configures, and does not send form contents. Google Signals and advertising personalization are turned off. Google processes this information under its privacy policy. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can decline, or withdraw permission using “Analytics preferences” in the footer; withdrawal removes this site's Google Analytics cookies and stops subsequent Google Analytics loading. It does not erase data already received by Google. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track override an earlier opt-in. The site's own cookieless counts are separate and also respect those browser signals.
  • WhatsApp: tapping the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Nothing loads from WhatsApp or Meta on this site: it's a plain link, with no widget and no script.
  • We don't share what you submit with the partner software houses on our panel unless you've specifically asked for a build introduction (via /build), and even then, only what's needed to make that introduction — see the engagement terms (/terms, rules R1–R5) for how that works.

4 Your rights

You can ask, at any time, to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to scipioform@gmail.com, or call +44 7400 754177 or , and we'll respond within a reasonable time, in writing. If you're in the EU or UK, this includes the rights set out under the GDPR; if you're in California, this includes the rights set out under the CCPA. We don't treat requests differently by location — anyone can ask, and we'll act on it the same way.
