SaaS lead generation, with part of our fee at risk.

Updated 25 September 2026

SaaS lead generation means finding the companies most likely to buy your software, reaching the people there who decide, and turning their replies into sales conversations. Scipioform does this for B2B SaaS companies: a short diagnostic first, then a fixed-term pilot, with part of our fee refunded if a threshold we agree with you in writing isn't met.

Who this is for

Right for you if

  • You sell software to businesses, and you need your next customers.
  • You don't yet have a sales and marketing function that produces new conversations on its own. Often the founder is still doing most of the selling. (Haven't closed the first ten yet? Start here.)
  • You want to know who does the work, and to talk to them directly.
  • You'd rather read the terms, including what happens if it fails, before you call.

Not right for you if

  • You want a set number of meetings a month, priced per meeting. An appointment-setting agency sells that, and we don't.
  • You want every marketing channel run for you. A full-service B2B marketing agency is the better hire.
  • You don't have a product a customer could start using yet. We'd tell you to wait.

What the work includes

  1. The diagnostic. Where your next customers should come from: the companies most likely to buy, the roles that decide, and the reason they'd talk to you now. Written down, for one fixed fee, refunded in full if you don't find it worth acting on.
  2. The target list. The companies and the people in them, agreed with you before anything is sent.
  3. The messaging. Outreach written around a real reason to talk, not a template. You approve every message before it goes out.
  4. Sending infrastructure. Separate secondary domains, never your primary domain, set up in your own accounts. Sending volume and warm-up practice are set in writing.
  5. Conversations, handed over. Replies that meet the definition of qualified we agreed with you in writing come to you, and you take the conversation from there.
  6. A weekly report. Every result reported as "X from Y", with its denominator, including the ones that miss.

See each of these done in full on a made-up company: a sample diagnostic, a sample teardown and a sample results report.

What's at risk, and what isn't

The pilot is one fixed fee for a fixed term, split into a build portion and an at-risk portion. The build portion pays for research, targeting, infrastructure and messaging, and isn't refundable. After the diagnostic, we agree with you, in writing, what counts as a qualified conversation for your business and how many the pilot should produce. If the pilot doesn't reach that threshold, we refund the at-risk portion.

The refund depends on three things from your side: approving messages and lists on time, agreeing the target list with us, and following up on the conversations we hand over. The exact terms

Four ways SaaS companies buy lead generation

Most buyers compare these. Here is what each one pays for. Published market prices for each, compared

Pay per meeting

You pay for each meeting booked. The seller is paid on volume, so what counts as a meeting matters more than the price of one. We don't sell this.

A retainer agency or outsourced SDR

A monthly fee for a team's time and activity, whatever it produces. Ask what happens to the fee if the activity doesn't turn into conversations.

Hiring an SDR in-house

You own the process and keep what the person learns. You also carry the hiring, the ramp-up, the management and the tools, and it only works once you know who to target.

Scipioform

A fixed-fee diagnostic first, then a fixed-term pilot with part of our fee at risk against a threshold written down before it starts, then month to month.

What we've done so far

We're new, and we won't claim years we don't have. Two of our three engagements were for AI software companies: Inotexel, an AI software & digital-product development studio, for lead generation (how we work with development studios); and iqprompt, an AI/SaaS product company, for investor relations, strategic partnerships, event handling and branding (how we work with AI companies).

The clients hold the performance data and haven't shared it with us, so we don't publish figures. From now on, every result is reported with its denominator. The work, field by field

Questions

How much does SaaS lead generation cost with Scipioform?

Fee levels aren't published yet, because no real ones exist and we won't invent them. We price by the problem, not by the hour or the appointment, and your fee is quoted as a fixed figure, in writing, before anything is signed. We never bill hourly and never charge per meeting booked.

How soon will we see conversations?

We don't promise a date for a first conversation. We commit to named deliverables by named dates: your target list, your messaging, sending infrastructure live and a weekly report, with a pro-rata refund for any we miss. The pilot's term and its threshold are written down before you sign.

Will cold outreach hurt our domain?

Sending runs from separate secondary domains, never your primary domain. You approve every message before it goes out, and sending volume and warm-up practice are set in writing for each engagement.

Who owns the leads and the setup?

You do. Any lead, reply or conversation generated inside a paid engagement belongs to you. It's never routed to a partner, never resold, never reused. Everything is built in your own accounts and domains, you own it from day one, and if you leave you get a written handover.

Where is the team?

We're based in Pakistan and work the full US Eastern business day. You deal with the people doing the work, and you get written updates you can read without a meeting. Location doesn't set our price.
