Cost per meeting calculator.

Updated 26 September 2026

Cost per meeting is what you spend on lead generation in a month divided by the meetings it produces. The number that decides whether it's worth it comes two steps later: cost per meeting that actually happens, and cost per real sales opportunity. Put your own numbers in below. Nothing you type leaves this page.

How it's worked out

  • Cost per meeting booked = monthly spend ÷ meetings booked.
  • Cost per meeting held = monthly spend ÷ (meetings booked × share that happen).
  • Cost per sales opportunity = monthly spend ÷ (meetings held × share that become opportunities).
  • A quoted per-meeting price per month = quoted price × meetings booked. Check whether the quote is per meeting booked or per meeting held: it changes the answer.

What to compare your number with

  • Pay-per-meeting providers' published prices: $150 to $600 per appointment (Revnew); $300 to $600 per qualified meeting (SalesHive); $800 to $1,500 for verified executive meetings (Leadium).
  • An in-house SDR, fully loaded: about $821 to $1,150 per meeting, by one provider's estimate (SalesHive).

Market figures as each provider publishes them; all three sell these services. Checked 26 September 2026. None of these figures is a Scipioform price.

Why cost per opportunity matters more than cost per meeting

A cheap meeting with the wrong person costs more than an expensive one with the right person, because only one of them can become revenue. Two offers that look far apart per meeting can come out the same per opportunity, or swap places.

That's why we don't price per meeting booked. We agree with you, in writing, what counts as a qualified conversation for your business, and put part of our fee at risk on reaching a number of them. How the pilot works
