1 We don't publish figures we can't source. All three clients have permitted us to name them and describe the work; the numbers are theirs to share. In place of past numbers, we commit to this: every result from now on is reported with its denominator, including the ones that miss. How we'll report results from now on
How we'll report results from now on
Before a pilot starts, we write down two things with you: the baseline, which is where you are now, and the threshold, which is the number of qualified conversations the pilot should produce, as defined with you in writing.
Results are reported as "X from Y", never as a number on its own, and the ones that miss are reported too.
Every engagement contract gives us read access to the results data and permission to publish it, anonymised or named, with its denominator. That clause exists so that a result can't go unpublished again because the data sits somewhere else.
